Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s The Bradley in Fort Wayne, IN seeks an Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, including AR, AP, income auditing, and payroll processing for the property.

You will help ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain internal controls, and support month-end close and audits while collaborating with department leaders to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience processing payroll and knowledge of payroll procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations for the property, including AR, AP, income auditing, and payroll.
• Supervise and support accounting staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Process payroll accurately and on time, review time records and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor labor reporting and ensure compliance with payroll policies and wage and hour regulations.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
• Collaborate with department leaders to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
