Qualifications

• Accounts payable experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and Google Suite is mandatory.
• GAAP and accrual accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accounting records.
• Processing high-volume accounts payable.
• Preparing checks as needed.
• Reconciling bank and credit card statements.
• Following a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
• Verifying and investigating discrepancies in vendor accounts and statements.
