Job summary

Hilton in Indianapolis is seeking an Accounting Clerk to help manage the hotel’s financial operations and support a smooth guest experience by ensuring accurate reporting across AR, AP, payroll and general accounting.

You will answer inquiries, resolve disputes with internal and external partners, assist with monthly accounts and internal controls, and collaborate across finance and corporate teams to keep financial data reliable.

Qualifications

• Experience across AR, AP, payroll, and general accounting functions.
• Ability to research and respond to inquiries and resolve disputes with internal and external partners.
• Assist with monthly accounts, month-end tasks, and internal controls over financial data.
• Collaborate with other finance and corporate departments to support financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential accounting tasks across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting.
• Address questions and disputes, researching and resolving inquiries with internal and external parties.
• Participate in financial reporting and month-end responsibilities to support accurate accounts.
• Assist with financial communication and reporting of results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance and corporate teams to ensure smooth operations.
