Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support the Property Controller in daily, monthly, and annual accounting for a group of hotels. You will assist with accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and tax returns, reporting to the Property Controller.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable processing and vendor inquiries.
• Ability to maintain accurate files by vendor and process payments.
• Proficiency in preparing tax returns and assisting in period-end reporting.

Responsibilities

• Verify invoice accuracy in amount, GL coding, date, vendor details, terms and approvals.
• Respond promptly to vendor inquiries and payment requests.
• Maintain complete paid invoice files by vendor; oversee AP processing.
• Maintain current bank reconciliations; report variances to Property Controller.
