Now Hiring: Resort Hospitality Team Members (Multiple Positions) Brainerd Lakes Area | Full-Time & Part-Time | $17-$24/Hour

• Resort Security Officer

• Maintenance Technician
• Cook/Line Cook

• Pay: $17-$24 per hour, depending on position and experience
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Multiple shifts available, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
• Seasonal and year-round positions offered

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required by the position
• Previous hospitality, food service, maintenance, security, or housekeeping experience is helpful but not required for all roles
• Must be willing to submit to any pre-employment screenings required by the client

Resort Team Member Responsibilities Housekeeper

• Clean guest rooms, cabins, and common areas
• Restock supplies and linens
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Resort Security Officer

• Patrol resort property and monitor activities
• Assist guests and employees as needed
• Respond professionally to incidents and report concerns

Dishwasher

• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and kitchen areas
• Support kitchen operations during busy service periods

Expo/Food Runner

• Coordinate food orders between kitchen and dining areas
• Verify order accuracy before delivery
• Deliver food promptly and provide excellent guest service

Maintenance Technician

• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance
• Address maintenance requests efficiently
• Help maintain safe and attractive resort facilities and grounds

Cook/Line Cook

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and standards
• Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation requirements
• Work efficiently as part of a busy kitchen team
