Requirements for the Cook / Line Cook

• Previous cooking, kitchen, or food preparation experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to follow recipes, kitchen procedures, and food safety standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform frequent bending, lifting, and movement throughout the shift
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen

Cook / Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Portion, plate, and present food accurately and consistently
• Assist with food preparation and ingredient setup
