Responsibilities

• Manage, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the Hospitalist Program.
• Oversee 15 hospitalist physicians and 5 advanced practice clinicians.
• Resolve clinical and operational issues, develop protocols and procedures.
• Advise on recruitment and retention, and quality/safety metrics.
