Society of Critical Care Medicine is seeking a hospitalist in Clovis, California. You will provide inpatient care in a closed ICU, collaborate with a diverse team, and participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

The role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for leadership development, and visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. ACLS is required, and experience with the Epic EMR is preferred.

We are hiring for a hospitalist position. Candidates must be comfortable rounding and admitting patients during their shift.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join a team of 30 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers at Clovis Community Medical Center.

• Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.

• Board Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.

Flexible Scheduling:

• Day shift hours are 7 am - 7 pm. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation. We also have a day admitter position from 7 am - 7 pm.

• This is afull or part-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment.

• No procedures required.

• Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients.

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.

• Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives, including length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance. Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings.

• Focus on delivering high-quality care while benefiting from a flexible schedule, allowing for time with family, friends, and personal interests.

• Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).

• Utilize Epic EMR system.

Rewards and Compensation:

• Annual compensation up to $315,000 - $385,000, based on the number and type of shifts worked. Eligible for additional productivity and quality bonuses.
