Sound Physicians is seeking a hospitalist in Clovis, California to provide patient-centered inpatient care within a collaborative team. You will participate in an all-hands approach with a diverse staff to improve outcomes, manage admissions, and influence hospital processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment.
• No procedures required.
• Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients.
• ACLS required.
• Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives, including length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance. Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings.
• Focus on delivering high-quality care while benefiting from a flexible schedule.
• Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).
• Utilize Epic EMR system.

We are hiring for a hospitalist position. Candidates must be comfortable rounding and admitting patients during their shift.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join a team of 30 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers at Clovis Community Medical Center.

Flexible Scheduling:

• Day shift hours are 7 am - 7 pm. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation. We also have a day admitter position from 7 am - 7 pm.

• This is afull or part-time position.

Rewards and Compensation:

• Annual compensation up to $315,000 - $385,000, based on the number and type of shifts worked. Eligible for additional productivity and quality bonuses.
