Sound Physicians is hiring a Hospitalist to join the team at MultiCare Covington Hospital in Covington, Washington. This role offers a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule in a small community hospital with minimal on‑site specialty coverage and the EPIC EMR.

Requirements include Board Certified/eligible in Internal or Family Medicine, ACLS and BLS, US work authorization (not J-1), and 1–2 years of hospitalist experience preferred. Availability to begin prior to summer 2027.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our close-knit team of 6 physicians and 1 APP at MultiCare Covington Hospital.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/eligible in Internal or Family Medicine.
• 1-2 years of hospitalist experience in a community hospital setting preferred but not required.
• ACLS and BLS Certified.
• Authorized to work in the United States (this is not a J-1 eligible site).
• Availability to commence practice prior to summer 2027.

Scheduling:

• Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.

Rewards and Compensation:

• Annual compensation over $288,000 for full-time days plus incentives and competitive benefits.
