ABIM or ABFM certified.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with APPs.

Round on patients with admissions.
Help support the hospitalist team's efforts in utilization management, compliance, clinical documentation improvement, and patient satisfaction at Ascension Via Christi Hospital, Manhattan.
Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives such as length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance.
Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings.
Open ICU with teleintensivists. No procedures but run codes and rapid response.
