Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Round on patients with admissions.
• Support hospitalist team in utilization management, compliance, and clinical documentation improvement.
• Collaborate with Hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives (length of stay, readmissions, regulatory compliance).
• Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings.
• Open ICU with teleintensivists; no procedures but run codes and rapid responses.
