Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with completed residency in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Board Certified or Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine.

We are currently seeking a full-time Hospitalist Physician to join our dynamic team and support our mission of delivering attentive, evidence-based care to hospitalized patients.

Position Summary:

As a Hospitalist with ISG, you will be responsible for the evaluation, management, and coordination of medical care for hospitalized patients. You will work closely with specialty and surgical teams, contribute to multidisciplinary rounds, and help facilitate safe and effective transitions of care at discharge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive histories, physical exams, and daily evaluations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in the inpatient setting
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to support coordinated care
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies and labs
• Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies
• Collaborate with specialists, surgeons, and primary care providers
• Facilitate timely discharges and appropriate post-acute referrals
• Promote efficient use of resources and adherence to clinical pathways

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Active Florida medical license
• DEA license (or eligibility)
