Women’s Care, a physician-led organization, is expanding our established Women’s Health Hospitalists program across premier hospital locations in the Tampa Bay area.

Hospitalist Program Overview

• Physicians are employed directly with the hospitalist program.
• Typically 7, 24-hour shifts per month to achieve full-time employment status.
• No call responsibilities, promoting work-life balance.
• The Women’s Care physician staff provides backup coverage when needed.

• Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility.
• BLS certification.

About the Opportunity:

The Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist Program at Women’s Care provides 24-hour obstetrical and gynecological coverage at hospitals in Tampa and surrounding areas. Our physicians enjoy working intensely during their shifts and having complete time off when not working. There are no call responsibilities. This employed position includes benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement vestment, and a CME stipend, with only 7, 24-hour shifts per month.

• 8 Labor & Delivery rooms
• 2 C-Section rooms
