Women’s Care, a physician-led organization, is expanding our established Women’s Health Hospitalists program across premier hospital locations in the Tampa Bay area.

Hospitalist Program Overview

1. Physicians are employed directly with the hospitalists program.
2. On average, 7, 24-hour shifts per month to achieve full-time employment status.
3. No call - enjoy a work-life balance.
4. The Women’s Care physician staff provides backup coverage when needed.

• MD/DO degree.
• At least 3 years of practice experience.

• OB/GYN Board Certification (ABOG, AOBOG) or Board Eligible.
• Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility.
• BLS certification.

About the Opportunity:

The Ob/Gyn Hospitalist Program at Women’s Care provides 24-hour obstetrical and gynecological coverage at hospitals in Tampa and surrounding areas. Our physicians enjoy working hard when they are working and being completely off when they are not. Absolutely no call responsibilities! This is an employed opportunity, offering benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement vestment, and CME stipend, all while working only 7, 24-hour shifts per month.

Current Recruitment Location:

• Brandon Regional Hospital in Brandon, Florida.
• Level III NICU.
• MFM on call.
• 15 L&D Rooms.
• 29 Mom and Baby Rooms.
