Job description

Location: Portage, WI

FTE: 1.0, Full-time

1. 7 am-7 pm
2. 7 shifts per 2-week period, including a weekend
3. Approximately 15 patients/day
4. Paired with a collaborating APC
5. ICU has telehealth support
6. Opportunity to moonlight at sister institutions
7. BLS and ACLS certification required, along with other certifications as applicable
8. Physician will provide coverage for open ICUs and ICU-level patients
9. Physicians are members of the code team
10. Physician must have completed an ACGME residency within the United States
