El Camino Health Medical Network is seeking a Hospitalist Physician to join our inpatient medicine team. This role delivers comprehensive, high-quality care to hospitalized adults in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate will be committed to evidence-based medicine, strong clinical outcomes, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams. Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine, CA licensure, and a DEA license are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in California
• DEA license (required)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care to adult hospitalized patients
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
• Collaborate with specialists, nursing, case management and multidisciplinary team
• Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge
• Communicate treatment plans and discharge recommendations to patients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record

El Camino Health Medical Network is seeking a highly skilled Hospitalist Physician to join our growing inpatient medicine team. This role provides comprehensive, high-quality care to hospitalized adult patients in a collaborative and patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to evidence-based medicine, strong clinical outcomes, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care to adult hospitalized patients Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions
• Collaborate with specialists, nursing staff, case management, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team
• Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge
• Perform timely patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and respond to changes in clinical status
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge recommendations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in California
• DEA license (required)
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience practicing as a Hospitalist
• Experience managing complex hospitalized adult patients
• Interest in quality improvement, clinical education, or program development
