Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care to adult hospitalized patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Collaborate with specialists, nursing staff, case management, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team.
• Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge.
• Perform timely patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.

The ideal candidate will be committed to evidence-based medicine, strong clinical outcomes, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care to adult hospitalized patients
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions
• Collaborate with specialists, nursing staff, case management, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team
• Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge
• Perform timely patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and respond to changes in clinical status
