College town located on the Mississippi River
2 hours to St. Louis
3 1/2 hours to Kansas City
4 hours to Chicago
Regional airport has several flights daily to Chicago O'Hare
Family Medicine Residency Program

Join a hospital-employed MSG of 200+ providers

Day Hospitalist & Nocturnist positions:

• 5-7 admits per day
• 4-6 admits per night
• 17-20 patient census
• 7 on 7 off schedule
• Procedures not required; proficiency can be requested for privileges
• Radiology performs central lines
• Hospitalists run codes for the hospital

Benefits:

• Base compensation: $300k for days / $330k for nocturnist shifts
• Additional shift pay for shifts over the 14 monthly minimum
• Incentives based on WRVU
• Quality bonus: 10% of salary based on quality metrics
