Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical case reviews, sharing tools, information, and guidelines related to quality of care.
• Represent TeamHealth in engaging with and maintaining relationships within the community.
• Collaborate with leadership on care coordination initiatives.
• Develop intervention plans and contribute ideas on network and risk management issues.
• Work with pharmacists on medication management.
• Implement individualized patient care plans.
• Respond promptly to chart completions and pharmacy recommendations.
• Provide oversight and mentorship to clinicians in the area.

Experience as a medical director in a skilled nursing facility is preferred. However, board-certified clinicians with experience in family medicine (FM), primary care, internal medicine (IM), emergency medicine (EM), adult, post-acute, home health, hospice, palliative, urgent care, or hospital medicine (HM) are encouraged to apply.

Our compensation model is fee-for-service (FFS), with an estimated annual salary range of $319,688 to $383,625, with no cap on productivity income potential. Additional signing bonuses are available.
