Responsibilities

1. Conduct clinical case reviews, share tools, information, and guidelines related to quality of care.
2. Represent TeamHealth in engaging, establishing, and maintaining community relationships.
3. Collaborate with leadership on care coordination initiatives.
4. Develop intervention plans and contribute ideas on network and risk management.
5. Work with pharmacists on medication management.
6. Implement individualized patient care plans.
7. Ensure timely completion of charts and pharmacy recommendations.
8. Provide oversight and mentorship to clinicians in the greater Albany area.

Experience as a medical director in a skilled nursing facility is preferred. However, board-certified clinicians with experience in family medicine (FM), primary care, internal medicine (IM), emergency medicine (EM), adult, post-acute, home health, hospice, palliative care, urgent care, and hospital medicine (HM) are encouraged to apply.

Compensation is fee-for-service (FFS), with an estimated salary range of $310,000 to $345,000, with no cap on productivity income potential.
