GI Hospitalist Opening in Ohio

Location: Dayton, OH

Type: Full-Time & Permanent

Seeking a BE/BC GI Hospitalist to join our practice.

• The GI Hospitalist role offers the stimulation of challenging acute-care cases, opportunities for advanced invasive procedures, and constant interaction with other physicians in a hospital setting.
• Opportunities exist for EMR, ESD, and EUS for appropriately trained candidates.
• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off, with flexibility to discuss other options.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Interest in acute care
• In-depth knowledge of diagnosis and treatment of complex GI diseases
• Proficiency in basic and emergency GI procedures (e.g., variceal and ulcer bleeding, food impactions, volvulus) and advanced procedures (e.g., ERCPs, complex dilations)
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptability and flexibility to meet rapidly changing endoscopy needs
