Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, with a preferred minimum of 2 years of hospitalist leadership experience.

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling:

• The Medical Director schedule includes ten clinical shifts per month plus administrative time for leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a 415-bed acute-care hospital with a 28-bed ICU and 23-bed emergency room.
• Operate within a closed ICU supported by 24/7 intensivist coverage and codes.
• Enjoy a manageable workload and encounters that promote a balanced, supportive environment.
• Utilize Epic EMR and Sound Physicians' internal informatics platform for efficient workflow.
