Sound Physicians invites you to join a cohesive hospitalist team in Casper, Wyoming. You will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with a seasoned group of physicians and APPs at Wyoming Medical Center, and contribute to a culture of professional growth and community engagement.

The role offers full-time or part-time scheduling, daytime focus with night ICU telemedicine, and proximity to outdoor recreation. A commencement bonus and relocation assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in family medicine or internal medicine.
• Active Wyoming medical license or eligible to obtain license in Wyoming.
• We sponsor H-1B and J-1 visa candidates.

Responsibilities

• Thrive on managing challenging and complex cases.
• Operate within a semi-open ICU setting.
• Work with medical students from the University of Washington.
• Participate in quarterly team meetings.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Become part of a cohesive and long-standing team of 13 physicians, four advanced practice providers (APPs), and our clinical performance nurse, who offers invaluable support at Wyoming Medical Center.
• Daytime coverage is provided by an intensivist & telemedicine ICU coverage is provided during the night.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
• Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Wyoming.

Scheduling:

• Varying options; full and part-time, 7-days-on, 7-days-off, primarily days.
• All providers prioritize a manageable workload and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation:

• $300k full-time annual salary
