Hospitalist Physician - Summa Health System - Akron Campus Hospitalist Service

• Average Daily Encounters: 247
• 15-20 encounters per physician
• Seven-day physician coverage; one swing shift APP; two nocturnists per night
• Scheduling: seven days on, seven days off
• Teach Med Team several weeks per quarter
