Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist (Rounding Shifts) to join our community hospital team. The role delivers inpatient care with a patient-centric approach and works alongside hospitalists and advanced practitioners.

The daytime rounds are 7am–7pm, on a 7 on/7 off cycle including holidays, with an average of 10–12 patients per shift. MA license or eligibility, inpatient medicine experience, and CPR/BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Adult/Gerontology NP or Family Medicine NP program.
• Current license as a Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts, or ability to obtain.
• 1–2 years inpatient medicine experience as a NP.

• Provide direct inpatient care to our communities in a well-established community hospital.
• Maintain a patient-centric approach to deliver high-quality service and care.
• Collaborate with hospitalists and advanced practitioners.
• Work cross-functionally with primary care providers and other specialties.
• Daytime rounds 7am–7pm; 7 days on/7 days off including holidays.
• Manage an average of 10–12 patients per shift.
• No procedures required.
