Position Overview

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40. Sturdy Memorial Hospital seeks a full‑time Rounding Hospitalist to join our community‑based hospital in Attleboro, MA. The role focuses on direct patient care in a 132‑bed community hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to wards.
• Opportunity to expand on expertise or interest in geriatrics, oncology, or other subspecialty consultation.
• Maintain a patient‑centric mindset and provide highest‑quality service.
• Collaborate with other hospitalists, advanced practitioners, primary care providers, and other specialties.
• Work daytime shifts: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., 7 days on / 7 days off (including holidays).
• Average 15‑17 patients per shift.
• No procedures performed.

Qualifications

• Board‑experienced (BE or BC) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Current license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain one).
• Current CPR certification.
• Interested in full time; preferred.
