St. Mary’s Medical Center in Missouri seeks an experienced Hospitalist Medical Director to lead the Hospital Medicine team and shape inpatient care delivery across the campus.

This full-time role offers a 7-on/7-off schedule, 12-hour day shifts, open ICU, and a directorship stipend with a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates are Board Certified in Internal Medicine with Missouri license and a track record of teaching.

Qualifikationen

• Board-certified in Internal Medicine.
• Minimum three years of post-residency hospitalist experience.
• Demonstrated experience teaching and mentoring medical students and residents.
• MD or DO with unrestricted Missouri medical license (or eligible).
• Current DEA registration.
• BLS or ACLS certification.

• Lead the Hospital Medicine team and ensure high-quality inpatient care.
• Oversee daily inpatient operations with a 7on/7off block schedule and 12-hour day shifts.
• Collaborate with Epic EMR for clinical documentation and patient care coordination.
