Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is expanding its Hospitalist team at NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health. Qualifications

• Active or eligible for a NYS License.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
• Cultural sensitivity and experience treating a diverse patient population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medical management and comprehensive care of patients in the Medicine Inpatient Units.
• Attend to consultations and referrals, as needed.
• Provide education and training to residents, medical students, and junior members of the medical team.
• Collaboration with facility-wide Departments, as required.
• Participation in hospital-wide performance and quality improvement projects and patient safety initiatives.
• Responsible for the supervision of Advanced Practice Providers.
• Flexible schedule for evening and overnight hours coverage - Dedicated hours with flexibility for coverage.
