Job summary

Caduceus Medical Recruitment is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physicians to join a well-established, high-volume hospitalist program within a large integrated health care system.

This opportunity offers a balanced schedule, strong specialty support, and a collaborative inpatient environment.

7 on/7 off schedule with 12-hour daytime shifts, no call, average census of 15–20 patients per provider, and opportunities to take additional shifts for higher income.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in internal medicine.
• Willingness to work in a hospitalist program.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient medical care for adult patients.
• Admit from the ED and manage transfers.
• Provide consultative and co-management services with specialists.
• Collaborate with intensivists in caring for critically ill patients (no procedures required).
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and participate in quality initiatives.
