Job summary

Caduceus Medical Recruitment is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physicians to join a well-established, high-volume hospitalist program within a large integrated healthcare system.

This opportunity offers a balanced schedule with strong specialty support and a collaborative inpatient environment, including a 7 on/7 off schedule with 12-hour daytime shifts, no call responsibilities, and a diverse inpatient population.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Experience in hospitalist programs preferred.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage inpatient adult populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient medical care for adults.
• Admit and manage patients from the emergency department and transfers.
• Provide consultative and co-management services with specialists.
• Collaborate with intensivists for critically ill patients.
• Coordinate care with nursing, case management, and specialty services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics.
• Contribute to patient flow and hospital throughput initiatives.
