Job summary

Caduceus Medical Recruitment is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physicians to join a robust, high-volume hospitalist program within a large integrated health care system. This opportunity offers a balanced schedule, strong specialty support, and a collaborative inpatient environment.

The role provides a structured schedule with a multidisciplinary care model and ample subspecialty support, including neurology, cardiology, and critical care, to manage a diverse inpatient

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in internal medicine.
• Hospitalist program experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care for adult patients (<140 chars).
• Admit and manage patients from the emergency department and transfers.
• Provide consultative and co-management services with specialists.
• Collaborate with intensivists for care of critically ill patients.
• Coordinate care with nursing, case management, and specialty services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics.
• Contribute to patient flow and hospital throughput initiatives.
