The ideal candidate will bring warehouse leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to inventory accuracy and efficient supply operations. Earn $26–$28 per hour on a 3‑month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field, or at least six years of warehouse experience.
• 3–5 years in shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory control.
• 1–3 years in supervisory or team-lead roles in a warehouse.
• forklift experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with solid organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, storing, and distributing supplies.
• Coordinate deliveries, replenishment, returns, and order fulfillment to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts and physical inventories, maintain records.
• Document material movement and ensure safety and procedures compliance.
• Oversee staff, monitor productivity and attendance, provide training and guidance.
• Resolve shipping/receiving discrepancies and coordinate with vendors and internal departments.
• Maintain order accuracy, timely deliveries, and efficient operations.
• Promote workplace safety and proper use of material-handling equipment.
