Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Hospital - Unarmed in Easley, SC to serve patients, visitors and staff, performing routine patrols and monitoring access within a healthcare setting. This full-time role offers a $21.46 per hour pay rate, with 30+ hours weekly and scheduling determined during onboarding.

You will join a team focused on safety, service and rapid response, with requirements including a valid driver’s license, vaccination, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity, reporting unusual conditions and maintenance concerns to site leadership.
• Complete accurate incident reports and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.
