Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an unarmed Security Officer for a hospital location in Easley, SC. You will patrol, deter incidents, and provide customer service to patients, visitors and staff while maintaining a visible presence and adherence to site procedures.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week and a pay rate of $18.69 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required in the job state.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Minimum age: 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities and parking areas to deter incidents.
• Respond to incidents and medical-related emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management per location policies.
• Document incidents and patrol activities and communicate with supervisors.
