Refill par locations, pick and dispense from ERP, and deliver supplies within 24–48 hours while assisting with emergency orders.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and up to 1 year in inventory control or related field.
• Ability to follow policies, maintain accuracy, and support inventory processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Creates requisition of needed supplies to refill par locations and restock shelves.
• Accurately picks and dispenses inventory from ERP and delivers within 24–48 hours.
• Conducts regular cycle counts to audit inventory accuracy.
• Receives, unpacks, inspects freight, reconciles slips, notes discrepancies within 24 hours.
• Delivers supplies to departments daily and assists with shipping labels for outbound items.
• Assists with periodic physical inventory count.

Education

High School or GED

Less than 1 year in inventory control, materials management, or supply chain operations or related field.
