Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Hospital Warehouse Specialist in Indiana to join a hospital network. The role supports receiving, storage, and inventory control of medical supplies in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hospital experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or similar healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare industry standards.
• Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the hospital warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, distribution, and logistics.
• Ensure that all medical supplies and equipment are stored properly and are easily accessible.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure that the hospital has adequate supplies at all times.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with hospital departments to understand their supply needs and ensure those needs are met.
• Coordinate the disposal of surplus equipment and supplies in accordance with hospital policies and regulations.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Assist in the preparation and management of the warehouse budget.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of a Permanent Hospital Warehouse Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, growth-oriented team in the healthcare industry.
