Nashville General Hospital seeks an experienced Stationary Engineer to support safe, reliable operation of essential hospital utility and building systems, including temperature, humidity, and pressure control in critical spaces. You will monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair boilers, chillers, HVAC, BAS, and emergency generators to ensure 24/7 patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 9–14 years of progressively responsible stationary engineering or healthcare facilities experience.
• Boiler Operator license preferred or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe.
• Valid Tennessee driver's license required.
• Experience with BAS platforms (Metasys/Siemens/PRIMEX) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate, monitor, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hospital infrastructure including boilers, chillers, HVAC, BAS, and generators.
• Monitor environmental parameters and respond to alarms to safeguard patient care.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per schedules and standards.
• Diagnose mechanical issues, implement corrective actions, and escalate as needed.
• Maintain CMMS records and support project construction and system improvements.
