Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant staffing coordination experience; more than 3 years preferred.
• Experience with hospital scheduling systems (EPIC) or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hospital units to ensure full staffing and patient care coverage.
• Manage master scheduling software and adjust staffing levels based on census, call-ins, and planned leaves.
• Report to the Director of Nursing as part of the Nursing Management Team.
