Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice in Illinois.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA, or SLP-CFs with supervision.
• At least 1 year of hospital experience.
• Current BLS for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment for speech, language, cognition, swallowing disorders and related services.
• Assist in developing and implementing new and ongoing programs for the department.
