Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and interpret results to diagnose communication, cognitive-linguistic, voice, motor-speech, and/or swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized plans of care with functional, measurable goals.
• Provide evidence-informed speech-language pathology treatment and modify interventions as needed.
• Coordinate continuity of care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge recommendations accurately.
