Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience in high-volume kitchen management is preferred.
• Knowledge of food cost controls and presentation is desirable.
• Experience with menus development and catering is expected.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef with managing cost controls and expenditures for the account.
• Assist with planning and creating menus.
• Produce and execute catering events.
• Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team.
