Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ASHA accredited Speech/Language Pathology curriculum.
• Master's Degree required.
• Current Idaho Speech Language Pathologist license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC).
• BLS on first day or to be assigned by the Learning Center.

Responsibilities

• Assess baseline communication and swallowing function for each patient referred.
• Identify communication/swallowing needs and establish measurable treatment goals.
• Plan and implement treatment programs responsive to clinical progress.
• Complete progress and discharge documentation with accurate, timely notes and reports.
