Job summary

WM is seeking a Lead Hospital Services Technician to travel between customer facilities, proactively managing waste container exchanges for WMHS programs. The role provides guidance to technicians, serves as the main on-site contact, and ensures schedules are followed with strong customer service focus.

Typical shift is early day with no weekends, and benefits accompany a comprehensive compensation package. Requires on-site presence and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• On-site presence at WMHS customer locations is required.
• Compliance with immunization requirements by customers.
• Driver's license is mandatory.
• 2 years industry-related customer service experience preferred or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and reliability are expected.

Responsibilities

• Travel between healthcare facilities to monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Install products, resurvey accounts, and assist with asset management.
• Lead Hospital Services Technicians in absence of supervisor; train and coach others.
• Serve as primary on-site customer contact and ensure service expectations are met.
• Maintain a rigid collection/service schedule; assist with installs as needed.
• Communicate duty status on a defined schedule; perform other duties as assigned.
