Shift & Compensation

Shift: 2:30pm - 11pm Mon-Fri and every other weekend. $18/hr + $0.50 shift differential + full benefits.

Role Overview

The Hospital Service Technician is responsible for equipment management tasks within the hospital to ensure efficient flow of equipment. The technician should aim for continual improvement in quality, reliability, and service efficiency, maintaining professional relationships with hospital staff and acting as customer service experts.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in ready condition with all necessary software, accessories, and disposables.
2. Communicate confidently with clinical staff regarding equipment features and functionality.
3. Provide quality service, perform to standards, and meet customer and company metrics.
4. Pick up, clean, and process equipment for patient use following protocols.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Customer service experience required; hospital experience preferred.
3. Basic computer skills.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours.
5. Ability to lift/push up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
6. Physical ability to bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch, kneel, sit, and stand for extended periods.

Pay range: $14.99 - $22.81, depending on experience and location.
