Qualifications

• CA Security Guard license required.
• Driver's license in CA within 30 days.
• CPR certification within 90 days.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission, CMS/OSHA regulations.
• Workplace violence training within 6 months.
• IAHSS 100/200/700 training completed or within 120 days.
• IAHSS Supervisor course within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate daily security team activities and patrols.
• Mentor staff, respond to incidents, enforce policies, and conduct investigations.
• Oversee security training and field coaching; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain security systems inspections and risk assessments for safety of life and property.
• Lead collaboration and drive performance improvements across Security Services.
