Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Illinois driver's license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• FOID card required within 6 months.
• CPI training completion within 3 months.
• BLS certification within 30 days.
• TASER certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs security patrols of the hospital, garage and perimeter.
• Recognizes and mitigates security risks and safety violations.
• Reports and corrects safety/security issues observed during patrols.
• De-escalates disruptive behavior and maintains calm under stress.
• Ensures visitor/team IDs are properly displayed and valid.
