Job summary

Valley Baptist - Harlingen is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the security team, monitor patrols, coordinate incident responses, and ensure a secure environment across the campus.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent, 3 years in security or related fields, and a valid driver’s license; certifications include AHA BLS and CPI. A sign-on bonus may apply; comprehensive benefits and professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years in a security role, law enforcement, or military discipline; or equivalent training.
• Licensure/certification as required by state law; valid state driver’s license; AHA BLS and CPI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly guard scheduling and overtime coverage.
• Supervise subordinates and evaluate performance.
• Investigate security incidents, prepare reports, and coordinate corrective actions.
