• Dispatch Officer Duties and Charge Officer Duties.
• Responds to incidents with aggressive patients/visitors; uses Use of Force policy.
• Follows hospital rules and SOP for restraint and involuntary commitments.
• Attends required safety training and understands exposure control plans.
