Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional - Unarmed for a hospital setting in Nashville, TN. You will perform foot and vehicle patrols, monitor CCTV, control access, and document incidents to deter security risks.

A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screen are required; TB vaccination may be necessary. This role emphasizes de-escalation, safe patient transport when needed, and clear reporting.

Qualificações

• Minimum two years of verifiable employment history in customer service or protective services.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older as required by state.
• Valid driver’s license if operating company- or customer-owned vehicle.
• Able to operate radio or console monitors and communicate effectively.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Willingness to undergo drug screening as required by policy.
• TB test and certain vaccinations may be required for healthcare facility work.

Responsabilidades

• Perform security patrols of hospital grounds on foot or by vehicle.
• Document detailed observations of potential security concerns.
• Assist staff with de-escalation and restraining when necessary.
• Escort patients to and from facilities and transport to morgue if needed.
• Monitor entrances/exits and ensure only authorized access.
• Sustain logs and write clear, factual incident reports.
• Raise alarms and contact police or fire department when needed.
• Assist with evacuations during emergencies and disasters.
• Observe and deter loitering, prohibited items, and rule violations.
• Protect company property and ensure proper handling of belongings.
